In the previous paragraph ,we learnt how to create a google document. The step by step procedure is as follows:
- Click on the File Menu ,select the Download cascade menu , it provides different option for downloading, among them select the PDF .
- After selecting that option the document will be saved in the pdf format.
How to Save a document as a PDF ?
There’s another method to save an archive from Google Docs as a PDF. This strategy lets you save it to your PC in an area you pick or directly to Google Drive. The steps are given below.
- Open the document in Google Docs or create a new document.
- Click File from the menu and select Print option.
- In the Print window, click the drop-down box next to the Destination.
- Choose Save as PDF option.
- You’ll be asked to select a location on your computer for the file to store.
- Click Save option.

Send Document as PDF in E Mail
The google document provides another good option , which to send the document directly as a attachment to the email address. Follow the steps to send it as PDF.
- Click on the File menu option.
- Select the EMail option.
- Select Email as attachment Option.
- Enter the email address click on the send button to send the document to the recipient in the PDF format.
